Instructions
Cookies
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Cream butter and sugar together in mixer. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
6 tbsp Butter Softened,
¾ cup Sugar,
1 Egg
Add Vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and gluten- free flour and mix until combined.
¾ tsp Vanilla Extract,
¼ tsp Vanilla Paste,
¼ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Baking Powder,
½ tsp Baking Soda,
1½ Cup Cup 4 Cup Gluten- Free flour
Scoop the dough using a 2 tbsp cookie scoop and place on baking sheet.
Using a ½ tbsp measuring spoon create a well in the center of the cookie and fill with strawberry jam
Strawberry Jam
Fold the edges over and seal well. Roll into a ball
Bake for 10-14 minutes
Let the cookies cool completely before topping them with frosting.
Frosting
Add cream cheese and butter in a stand mixer and mix until smooth. Add milk and vanilla extract. Slowly mix in powdered sugar until desired taste.

4 tbsp Butter,
2 Cup Powdered Sugar,
2 tbsp Milk
Notes
If you are using gluten-free flour without xantham gum, add the amount needed for cookies on the xantham gum package.
