Line the cupcake holders and pour mixture into each holder
bake for about 25 minutes or until the toothpick is clean

This recipe is perfect for a pumpkin loaf as well. Just pour the mixture into the loaf pans and bake. Baking time will be 50 mins for a traditional loaf pan. if you use mini loaf pans, the cooking time would be 25-30 mins.To make this muffin more of a dessert, you could add cream cheese frosting,1 8oz softened cream cheese1/2 stick of softened butter1 cup of powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla
