Best Gluten Free waffles

These waffles are a crowd pleaser. Perfect for a bunch or a Sunday breakfast with the family. Has that fluffy texture you want in a waffle without the gluten

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Flour I usually have Bob's Red mill 1 to 1 Flour in my home
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Lactose Free Milk
  • 1 stick Melted butter

Instructions

  • First melt butter in a microwavable safe container. Set aside for a few minutes to cool.
  • Preheat your waffle machine or skillet if you are making this recipe for pancakes.
  • Mix the Sugar and Eggs until well combined.
    2 tbsp Sugar, 2 Eggs
  • Mix in the butter
    1 stick Melted butter
  • Add Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • Add the milk and combine
    2 cups Lactose Free Milk
  • Add all the dry ingredients next
    1 Cup Gluten Free Flour, 1 Cup Coconut Flour, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • Add all the ingredients together. if the batter is dry add more milk as needed. Coconut flour is very absorbent and usually requires more milk to thin out the batter.
  • once the batter is mixed you can add your favorite fruit or chocolate chips for additional flavor to the batter.
  • Spray your pan or waffle maker
  • Add desired batter amount and cook batter. Repeat until there is no more batter left.
  • Enjoy your waffles with some fresh whipped cream or fresh fruit on top!
