These maple-glazed apple brown butter blondies taste like a sweet apple pie with a warm maple glaze on top! They are the perfect fall dessert and are even better with coffee.

First gather all the ingredients needed:

- 3/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 Apple Butter
- 1 1/2 Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 cup Gluten-free flour ( bob’s 1:1 gluten free flour)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Gala Apples or your favorite apple chopped about 2 cups
Cinnamon Apple Butter Glaze
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp apple syrup
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Next, Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 11×7 deep dish cookie sheet with parchment paper

Add the butter to a medium saucepan set on medium heat. Allow the butter to brown until it smells toasted for about 3 minutes. You will see the color of the butter change to an amber color. Remove from the heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Once cooled, stir in the apple butter and 1 cup of brown sugar. Let cool for another 5 minutes. While that is cooling, add sifted flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to a small bowl. Set aside.

Whisk in the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture. Once combined, slowly add the Spread the dough out on the baking sheet.

Toss the apples with 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon in a bowl. Spread the apples evenly over the dough and pat them into the dough.

Transfer to the over and bake for 20-30 mins until the center is set. Let cool.
Lastly, do not skip the glaze.
While the blondies are cooking in the oven, make the glaze. Add the butter to a small pot set over medium heat. Brown the butter lightly until it smells toasted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add maple syrup, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Pour the butter over the mix and whisk until it is thick. Drizzle the glaze over the bars. Let it set for 5 minutes. Cut the bars and enjoy!
Additional little notes for baking these blondies:

- ¾ Cup Butter 1 and ½ Sticks
- 1/2 Cup Apple Butter
- 1 ½ Cups Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 ¼ Cups Gluten Free flour cup for cup

- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Chopped apples Use your favorite baking apples. I like using gala or honey crips because i like the little extra crunch. You can chop the apple how ever you like i thinly sliced mine this time.
Cinnamon Apple Butter Glaze
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon

- While the mixture is cooling, add the sifted flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to a small bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and vanilla. Add the butter mixture and combine well. Slowly add the flour and mix until well combined.
- Spread the batter evenly on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, toss the apples with 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Evenly spread the apples over the dough and pat them gently into it.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until the center is set. Let cool.
Glaze
- While the blondies are cooking in the oven, make the glaze.
- Allow the butter to brown lightly until it smells toasted. About 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat
- In a small bowel. Add maple syrup, powdered sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt
- Pour the butter over the mixture and whisk unit thickened
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes, then cut it and enjoy!
