Coconut Flour Brownies
Chewy gluten free brownies make with coconut flour.
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup coconut flour
¾ cup Hersey’s special dark chocolate cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup coconut oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 lg eggs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F line or spray a 8×8 or 9×9 pan
- In a mixing bowl, stir together sugar,flour,cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside
- In large bowl, stir together melted coconut oil or vegetable oil, vanilla extract andeggs. Stir until combined
- Add dry mixture to the wet and stir until combined
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 16-20 mins or until brownies appear to be to be set in the middle.
- Let cool and enjoy
